Davis County Fair (Aug. 14)
The girls had a ton of fun at the fair. The colored on a coloring wall, they blew big bubbles, and they petted animals at the petting zoo.
Jade's Stitches (Aug. 6)
Ok, so I gave Jade her first major boo boo.We were walking up our steps outside the apartment when Jade missed a step, I wasn't holding her hand tight enough, so she fell and hit her head. The wound went straight to the skull. I dropped Kazia off with a neighbor that was home and rushed Jade to the hospital.
I think I cried more than she did....until I almost fainted when they gave her a shot in her wound with a HUGE needle. Then she really cried because I had to lay down and she couldn't see me anymore. Jade is one tough cookie . It took 7 stitches to close her up...and a sucker to make it all better. It's time to get the stitches out. As you can see...she's really happy about it.

Now it is time to get them out...and as you can see, she's not too happy about it.
Well, the stitches are all out...and it's time for another sucker...or two
Kazia on the Farm

Kazia went to visit Kristi in Clarkston with me. Kazia got to ride on and drive a tractor that bails straw with Robby. Kazia also got a tour of the Thompson dairy farm. Feeding the calves was really cool but inside where they actually milk the cows smelled terrible. Kazia even got to see a cow pee up close. Eeewww!
